Reduce the trade deficit in this country by matching imports to exports dollar for dollar.

Mr. President, I am petitioning this government to enforce current trade laws, develop new laws to ensure fair trade with foreign countries by reducing and eliminating trade deficits. Every country for which we have a trade imbalance or deficit with, we should reduce our trade with them until our exports matches their imports dollar for dollar. In other words, if we have a $300 billion dollar trade deficit with China, Korea, Germany or whomever, that we reduce their imports until our exports reach that dollar value and we have parity. Exports and Imports should be equal by dollar value therefore eliminating a trade deficit. If we are upside down with a country, we can get things needed from other countries until we have equal fair trade for all goods worldwide.
