Reduce the tuition fee of colleges and universities for international students.

As the financial crisis goes around the world, a lot of countries are suffering from the lack of money, including the USA. People in the world are also suffering a lot. An increasing number of families cannot afford their children to go to undergraduate schools. The US government is trying to increase its national income by posing high tuition fee to international students who are hoping to gain a high level of education in the US. This policy makes it difficult for international students to pay for undergraduate schools, and I believe the US lost lots of brilliant students in the way. Reducing the tuition fee is likely to attract smart students to come to the US and to stay in the US.
