Reduce the unfair fee of £200 for language test for tfl private hire drivers

From now on the tfl Private hire drivers have to take a test to prove that they are eligible to apply for new PH Driver or renew an existing badge. The test is a very good thing but the fee is way too high. We hereby ask the Mayor of London to reduce the fee of £200.
The test should be tough enough to make sure the safety of the passengers and other road users but the fee is way to high and ahould be reduced to the lowest level.
