Redundancy and multiple extension filing and Visa stamping .It is lot of pain going through this everytime

I have been in US for more than 6+ Years and I have applied the GC EB2 category . My priority date is June/2014 Here are the problem I am facing.
1. Every time I have to apply extension before my Driving licence expire and Even getting approval for extension takes more than six months.Sometime I was in a situation where I couldn't able to drive and wait until get the extension approved.
2.If I go out of country for emergency then I have to schedule the VISA stamping which is another pain to comeback
3.since ,I am contractor every 1 to 2 years shifting my work location from one state to another state then you will have to file the h1 amendment another pain.
4.To avoid all pains I request to get the Green card proceed quickly which solve most of the problems.
