Reeducate the ignorant and undereducated masses.

I feel the latest outbreak of Seccusion petitions and signers comes from one simple flaw in the american existence.... growing ignorance. It's sad when people can copy and paste and change a word or two and then click and sign. Their shallow foresight and lack of forethought into the matter further proves the american ignorance. Once annually or bi-annually there should be a form of aptitude test testing the intelligence, intellect, and overall mental effectiveness of each and every american. If they fail this test they have to take classes until they retain such information, failure to do so will result in fee's and fines. Thus bringing foresight and intellect back into the masses. fter all while it's easier to point fingers and click, it's better to stand up and shout.
