Return to the values of our founders by re-establishing the requirements set forth in the Militia Act of 1792 that every able bodied adult male between the ages of 18 and 45 be enrolled in the militia, and at their individual expense equip themselves with uniforms and weaponry as deemed appropriate by their militia Captain or Commanding Officer in accordance with standards established by the United States Congress.
