Reestablish a technology market.

I move that the United States' government reestablishes the technology/computer market. I feel as though the computer market is nothing more than a leach of consumers funds. I feel as though we are at a point where we can make amazing technologies, unimaginably powerful computers. The market seems to be set on making minimal improvements year to year (2 more gigs of ram here, few more terabytes here) in order to keep an expensive large market for them to feed off of. I petition the United States' government to fund a company to make a machine that will be good enough for years to come. Keeping the company to continue to make the parts and repairs. Then eventually when our software reaches a point that we need greater hardware making a solitary upgrade (GPU with 30gb of ram to 100gb)
