Dear President Obama,
I petition for the Obama Administration to conduct a Presidential Review of the Cold Fusion Conclusions by the DoE and the USPTO with Civilian Scientists
There are Federal Agencies providing self-funding for Cold Fusion for its own scientists. Namely the Army Research Labs LENR Work Shop. NASA Scientist Dr Dennis Bushnell has submitted a USPTO Patent on 'Heavy Electron Production' a Cold Fusion application. and currently is attempting a low energy nuclear reaction replication.
There are two other Federal Agencies the DoE, And the USPTO that refuse to fund or accept Cold Fusion Technologies.
I petition that a Presidential Review be conducted with the DoE and USPTO of Cold Fusion and Funding with Civilian Scientist for Viability and Federal Funding of Cold Fusion.
