The Second Amendment clearly states that everyone has the right to bear arms. While this right has not been taken away completely from us, there are more restrictions than there used to be. Gun crime is on the rise, but with less restrictions on the gun policies, people will be more able to protect themselves. The more gun restrictions there are, the more guns will be available on the black market. While the arguement of guns being "dangerous" is always in the back of people's minds, there would be less break-ins and burgluries with less gun restrictions. The People have a right to be able to protect themselves at all times, and stricter gun laws would only prevent that from happening. Crimes happen every day not only by guns but also by stabbings, hit and runs, and thefts. What's next?
