We don't need to spend U.S dollars training, transporting, and helping people when we have plenty of issues here in America. Instead of sending highly trained people out of the country to work, bring them back and let them help boost the national economy. We don't need to be the first nation to run out and help some countries that is hit with a major storm and climate issues or any other problems. lets someone else be the ones to spend time and money to fix them.
