We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Reevaluate the petition created by "ZT" on July 5th, 2016.

Created by T.B. on July 22, 2016

On July 22nd, 2016, the We The People Team declined to comment on the aforementioned petition to charge Hillary Clinton pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 641, 793, 794, 798, 952, and 1924. They claimed the petition, that received over 230,000 signatures, was "outside the scope of We the People," and linked to their terms of participation page. Nowhere in their terms of participation does it forid such petitions. "Petitions that expressly urge the support or opposition of candidates for elected office" are not allowed, however ZT's petition is not in any way about Clinton's presidential campaign, it is about holding her accountable to the laws set forth by our government. We, the People, deserve a real answer as to why Hillary Clinton will not be prosecuted for her crimes.
