We the people request that our national government reexamine marijuana and it's effect both positive and negative an compare them to the effects of the legal drugs on the American market today such as: nicotine in cigarets and cigars and caffein in energy drinks and soda, chocolate, and coffee, among others. And from these findings amend the current national policy on marijuana.
