Refer to all terrorist as "Losers."

Because criminals find reward in the title, the Government must take steps to remove the honors by using denigrating terms. In taking lead from Ruslan Tsarni, uncle of the Boston Marathon Bombers, terrorist will now be referred to as losers. By calling them losers, the American people can relegate those people to the backs of their worried minds and lesson daily fear.
Most importantly, this is an accurate description. The underwear bomber lit his testicles on fire, the Times Square Bomber locked his keys out of the car, and the BMB’s didn’t have an escape plan because they didn’t think anyone would be filming the marathon.
Yes, the BMB’s did detonate, and yes, more terror attacks will probably happen, but attitudes need to change and reflect one simple truth; sometimes losers get lucky.
