Refer anyone who is falsely utilizing welfare services, statewise or federally, directly to the administrative branches.

There are far too many individuals who misuse the welfare system. It is time we take a stand. I propose that all American citizens should be able to report individuals directly to the institutions in charge of the violating parties so that the institutions may take criminal action in order to cease those who falsely utilize the nation's revenue in order to better themselves when said individuals are not truly disabled or incapable of bettering themselves without total government support. There are far too many Americans wasting government funds, due to the fact that it is extremely easy to falsify disability. This issue hurts anyone who works for what he/she earns, and will only continue to worsen as more individuals learn how to abuse the system. It's time we take a stand, as a nation.
