Since the Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing extreme contributions from corporations, we need to use their excess money to help balance the budget; therefor, I propose Pres. Obama introduce a bill taxing all political contributions at the rate of 50%. That would mean a contribution of 1 million would be taxed, And 500 thousand would go towards balancing the budget.
