The referendum in Hawaii

In 1893, the US overthrew the Queen of Hawaii. After a year was established the Republic of Hawaii.. In 1898, the United States annexed Hawaii. By reason of the annexation of Hawaii and infringing on the rights of the local population should be held to a referendum in Hawaii. The laws of Russia always observe the rights and freedoms of the local population. Questions for the referendum:
1. You want, that Hawaii has remained part of the USA;
2. You want to Hawaii came from the US and become a sovereign state;
3. You want to Hawaii came from the United States and became part of Russia.
