The current Age Discrimination in Employment Act claims to protect individuals of all ages within the realm of employment yet it only contains specific protections for older individuals. Young, qualified workers are being affected by negative employment practices. We want the Age Discrimination in Employment Act to be changed to include specific protections for younger employees who are qualified in their field.
