The American people call for government reform on all levels in the following arguments. 1. Congress must be held to a maximum 8 year term of office so as not to be able to make a career out of a civic duty. 2. Every class of American must be required to pay 20-25% of their income to federal taxes without tax breaks for things like buying hybrid vehicles or contributing to charities. Class favoritism for the middle class and the rich needs to stop. 3. Those on the welfare program should be held to a maximum time frame of use of 1 year, as well as revoking their right to vote while on these government systems. Once used, they shall not be permitted to reapply for 3 years. 4. Social issues such as gay marriage and abortion are personal beliefs not able to be governed.
