Affirm public lands and protected wild horses & burros are held in trust for the American people. Urge Congress to suspend Amendments to the 1971 Wild Free-Roaming Horse & Burro Act pending new hearings and votes. Declare a moratorium on all wild horse & burro removals until the Interior & Agriculture Secretaries have provided complete and accurate information on all wild horse & burro-related matters since 1971, roundtable meetings have been concluded, and all materials have been published on the BLM website. Roundtable meeting criteria: voting participants divided equally between government and wild horse and burro advocate representatives, plus one neutral party; held at convenient times and places; motions passed by majority; all minutes and a final report generated in a timely manner
