We the people of the United States of America, demand a fundamental change to policing in America. We want the Department of Justice to mandate a federal baseline level of require training to all U.S. law enforcement personnel that includes an emphases on civil liberties of the citizenry before anyone is sworn in as a law enforcement officer either on a federal, state, or local level.
