Cut funding to the American prison system in areas that provide services to the interred, and instead use Prisoners as a free labor force to repair State and Federal highways, and to construct more permanent and defined highways in Alaska.
Give prisoners the tools to become educated, but limit forms of entertainment and other luxuries such as healthcare for those committing Felonies.
