To Reform the American Tax System for Prosperity!

In the Spirit of Democracy, Independence, and Authentic Progressivism, the People of the United States are furious of how our tax system is structured and how unfair, complex and illogical it has become. With our current issues involving our tax system and how it has marked us as failures around the World in regards to our innovation, economy and government transparency; We, the People hereby petition the Federal Government under the First Amendment to balance our progressive tax system abiding by Article I, Section 8, Elastic Cause where “the Congress shall have Power…. To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into the Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested” in the U.S. Constitution. The Bush-Era Tax Cuts Are Long Over Due!
