We the People require that three be a complete reexamination of the widespread, overreaching activities of the NSA's domestic spying, surveillance and information gathering activities being conducted against innocent Americans in violation of our 4th Amendment rights and protections.
We further require a complete reexamination of the Patriot Act, its effectiveness and its possible breach of the 4th Amendment rights of innocent Americans and require that it be considerably overhauled or dispensed with altogether.
We further require a complete overhaul and reformation of the FISA Court system to achieve greater transparency and to provide for a true advocate of 'We the People' to insure that our rights are protected moving forward and so that the FISA Court is no longer a rubber stamp.
