Reform bail requirements for individuals charged sex crimes.

Created by J.D. on January 01, 2013

Provide implementation of a system of controls reducing the probability of sex offenders, or others charged with molestation charges who are likely to be repeat offenders, from being released on inappropriate bail, additional controls over parole and probation violations, and required information gathering prior to any release. All accused will be processed for finger prints, DNA, and undergo mental evaluation for likely to repeat offend. If the accused has previously been convicted of a sex crime accused will be remanded. If the finger prints or DNA links accused to another case or the psych evaluation determines they are likely to offend again accused is remanded without bail. www.facebook.com/pages/National-Childs-Protection-Against-Predators-Act/...
