Reform of a bias judicial system for fathers with respect to child support/custody and visitation.

Created by B.S. on March 13, 2014

Better than 90% of child custody cases are in favor of the female. In this day and age fathers are just as good at raising children if not better than the mother. Child support is grossly unfair for the non-custodial parent, particularly if it is the father. We need to give tax breaks that are equal for both parties, i.e. custodial parent can claim the children on their taxes, non-custodial parent should be able to write off child support payments or child support should be based on after tax income. Visitation rights are un equal as well. The goal should be in the best interest of the children; this system as it is today is bias against the fathers and is perpetrating a single parent environment.
