reform campaign contributions

I'm proposing a campaign reform bill.....In state and local races, the candidate can accept money ONLY from residents of her or his state, and corporations headquartered in said state! Only in National elections can a candidate accept money from people across the country! THAT should satisfy everyone. No candidate should accept money from someone they don't represent, this makes our 'representatives' much more likely to represent US and not the other guys interest!!
