Only those individuals who are eligible to vote in an election shall be permitted to give money to a campaign for said election.
Further, all contributions, whether by individuals or corporations, shall be capped at 10% of the annual
income of an individual making minimum wage.
Finally, all
contributions must be made publicly to either a campaign or a political party. PACs/SuperPACs would be banned.
