Reform certain laws in the Immigration Policy. Our children need both parents, and it is a human right.

In immigration laws there are certain crimes that have a lenghthy punishment and no waiver or pardon available. Such as illegal re-entry. Even if you admit to illegal re-enrty and never been caught, you are subject to a 10 year bar and this is one of the only rules that have no pardon or waiver available. This has destroyed many families such as my own and my six children. Even though mexico is a dangerous battle ground, there has been no change in the system and my famliy is subjected to constant danger. This country was based upon immigration and my children have a right to be financially and emtionally supported by their father. I.C.E denied him immigration court and legal representation. Too many children have lost their parents to the immigration system.
