The Child Support Enforcement system, in its current form, is crippling U.S. parents in too many areas to be beneficial to the children. By reintroducing and passing S.321 - Child Support Distribution Act of 2005- the governments are realigning the system so that the the agencies are truly working for the children. By passing S.321, a new beginning can emerge and the broken system can begin to heal some of the fragmented families that it has helped to create. Parents should not be persecuted because they lack the financial means required by the current draconian child support laws.
