Today's Child Support System is a seriously flawed system in which many good and real fathers out there are being set up to fail by their very own legal system. Here are some points in how they system has failed hard working Americans:
* Extremely high support amounts placed on fathers. Most have to pick up 2-3 other jobs just to be able to eat.
* Courts are able to automatically place extremely high arrear judgments if the custodian files years later. Sometimes as much as $20k - $40k immediately placed into arrears.
* Absolutely no accountability in how the custodian spends monthly payments. Should be for the child, not for personal spending for the custodian.
* Please look into all the other unfairness and inequalities I can't list here today.
