We the people ask President,Barack Obama,Congress,and the Governing bodies,of all 50 states to reform the legislature on child support.So that it is fair and just for both parties involved.Attorney General's take 26% of one's net income,including overtime.(Overtime is not guaranteed it should only be on a 40 hour pay scale)26% of net income would be fine,if it stopped there.But it don't.If one is in the arrears,than the Attorney General can take another 25% on top of the first 26% without a fair,and just court hearing.Before that happens we should be entitled to a court hearing to state one's case.The child support system is set up so we give and they take more and more.
