reform the child support system and holding obligee's accountable for what child support is being spent on

Child support reform is badly needed. Many fathers and mothers suffer the ill consequences as it is financially from child support and the amounts they are ordered to pay. Too many obligees (party receiving the support) are spending their support on things like big screen tvs and expensive vacations. These are not deemed necessary to raise a child. Child support is in bad need of reform, at all levels of government. This needs looked at as many parents are struggling to make ends meet in this economy as it is. There needs to be a system of checks and balances when it comes to runaway child support amounts as well as issues with courts not understanding a parents inability to pay if injured and legally cannot work under advisement of a Doctor.
