Reform Civil Litigation to Protect Business' and Civilian's from Frivilous Lawsuits that Cause Economic Hardship

Created by A.L. on April 21, 2013

Civil Litigation has become blurred in the eyes of the country. Most of the United States civilian population do not realize that with litigation, win or lose, the consumers are ultimately paying the price for these suits. Some things being jeopardized are: no insurance, higher product costs, lose of jobs and lose of small business. A lot of civil suits are without merit and therefore waste time and money. Even a speech in 2010 from the President indicated that the class action suits were to protect the people and companies and not intended to make lawyers rich off of the suits that were filed.
The U.S. is the highest in litigations of all countries according to recent studies by Fulbright and Jaworski. We need to stand up and lead by having morals and ethics and not by money and greed!
