Reform Civil Rights to provide an attorney to people who suspect their civil rights were violated but can't afford one! That if a person who civil rights are violated can not afford an attorney one will be provided once the violations have been reported. Help sign this petition to progress civil rights that an attorney will be provided once a violation is reported as often the current system is confusing for so many people that they eventually will never had the opportunity to have the court hear their case. Also, when a person who civil rights are violated can not afford an attorney they shall be given one at no cost. They should have the right to an free attorney in the event they at the time they report the violation to EEOC or an EEO counselor. This petition will help close the gap.
