We propose that all elected officials (from local, county, state to federal) be limited to consecutive terms in the same office similarly as the President of The United States. We also expect that all benefits that elected officials receive be in order of all state employees for which ever state they were elected from. Health benefits should be limited to "only while in office", Pension compensation to be equal to the state employees pensions, same number of years of service for the same percentage of pension received. We the People believe that having a government run by elected officials which don't have perks built in to their elected positions will be the only way this country gets back on track of governing for the people by the people. We demand a government that works, ours doesn't.
