Reform Congress as a means of making them more effective in doing the job they are appointed to do

1) No tenure/No pension. Instill term limits.
2) A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office, but receives no pay when they're out of office
3) Congress (retroactively draw in the past) participates in social Security
4) All funds currently allocated to the congressional Retirement Fund move to the Social Security system and congress will participate in the system as every other American.
5) Congress is free to purchase any retirement plan, just as the American people are.
6) congress will no longer vote on their own pay raises; pay will raise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
7) Congress loses their current healthcare system and participates in the same systems as the American people
8) Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the people
