Reform Congress Reform the senate and The House of Representatives and cut the Federal budget at the same time!

Reform Congress, cut budget & cut obstruction.
1. Congress can't vote for own raises.
2. Freeze salaries for 2 yrs.
3. Must serve 10 yrs for pension. Can't collect until 67, can elect 62 but less $.
4. Do we need more then 2 members of House per state?
5. No super majority, 51% vote passes bill.
6. Increase House terms to 4 yrs to save money on elections, more productivity instead of continous re election. Cut # people collecting pension.
7. Ban filibuster.
8. Can't use government planes & choppers unless it had to make trip anyway.
9. Can't break w/o meeting urgent deadlines.
10. Less time off
11. Same health benefits as citizens.
12. Can't add to bills to kill them.
13. Ban false remarks about other party.
14. Read bills.
15. Stop proposing frivolous bills
