Reform Congress by restricting special benefits for Congressional staff

Demand reform for Congressional members. No tenure/pension, a Congressperson shall collect a salary while in office but receives no pay when out of office. Congress (past, present & future) shall participate in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to Social Security. All future funds flow into Social Security & Congress participates with the American people. Congress will no longer have the ability to vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3% annually. Congress loses their current healthcare plan & participates in the same plan as the American people. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose. All contracts with past & present members are void effective 07/04/12 as the People did not make these contracts.
