Reform Congress in such a way that it restricts its members to the same rules and laws which govern the people.

We need to set some hard and fast rules for the way those in congress behave. refusing to vote in congress is the same as refusing to do the job you were hired for at work and expecting to still recieve pay. these types of actions need to change. here is a link to my full reform suggestion: http://redd.it/z7m7w
