Throughout the Years, the American People have and remain to be increasingly frustrated on the current Structure, Rules, and the Processes of the Congress of the United States. We, the People, are in disdain due to the given Circumstances in our Lives as Citizens and the State of the Economy on how it's being handled on the Federal Level. We, the People, are fully aware of the Constitutional Provisions concerning the Congress but they are being easily manipulated by its Public Servants. We, the People, call for an Amendment to reform the Congress of the United States for the redress of grievances that past and current Public Servants have put us through with their unjust, unethical and improper mischievous legislative practices.
