Reform Congressional compensation.

Current Congressional salaries, perks, and retirement compensation are unnecessary and inexplicable in an age when most Congressmen are already independently wealthy before they are elected into office. It is therefore more prudent to compensate them only for job-related expenditures, such as office supplies or travel (which should be regulated and justified as well). Salaries and retirement packages are unnecessary, as they are usually already wealthy when they come into office, and when they retire, they are no longer serving the country to justify providing them many years' worth of pension.
