1. While America retains a deficit above 3% GDP no sitting Congressional member shall be eligible for re-election.
2. Congress must reach tenure in order to be assured a pension, failure to do so results in the forfeit of said pension plan. However, all Congressional members are allowed to purchase their own retirement plan just as civilians are allowed to do.
3. The Congressional Retirement Fund must be rolled into Social Security and Congressional members must use Social Security just as every average American does. Once again Congressional members can buy their own retirement plan out of pocket just as any American can as well.
4. Congress must participate in the same health care as the American public.
