Corporate Personhood enjoys all the rights as any American, but none of the responsibilites, equal to paying a fair share of taxes, and prison for serous crimes.
Nearly every major corporation has been convicted of a crime, one which any individual would face a trial and time in prison.
Corporations are legally able to avoid paying taxes, yet another luxury every other "person" would face prison for.
All "peope" should be treated equally.
If Corporations want to be viewed as "people", then by all means, the law of the land should certainly do so.
