Reform the Courts.

With Judges creating law from the bench so often in America I believe reform is over due. When the Federal Courts rule including the Supreme Court it must be unanimous just like a Jury. And the ruling must be scrutinized by a panel of Our Nations Brightest in the legal field. No one body should have such powers given to Supreme court and other Courts that have power over WE The People! Even today the Courts powers are far beyond what the founding Fathers had given them. Yet the very Judges rule in their favor to over ride the Constitution and create laws that give the Courts power that isn't theirs. People Who is watching the watchmen? The Courts have become to powerful. When a Court can decide a Presidential election. Enough said.
