Reform the current patent application and acceptance process.

The current patent process is abominable and as a consumer I am tired of hearing about these petty Patent lawsuits happening in our courts, costing taxpayers time and money, as well as wasting the courts time. We need a reform of the current application and acceptance process, something more thorough and logical, because what we have now is creating a lot more trouble for us as consumers and a lot more money for the manufacturers as well. If we were more thorough in the granting of new Patents then we would have companies spending less time in court battling it our over petty ideas.
