We the American people, hereby sign this petition to limit the pay of all members of the house, senate and congress to a maximum pay not to exceed 60,000.00 Per year.
Also to institute a mandatory health package that shall 1.) Either mimic the current benefits our current military service members receive. or 2.) Fall under the current health system that is available to all middle class citizens.
Both caveats would exclude any bonuses, lifetime benefits or pay, unless that elected official has been in said position for 20 years. in which then normal retirement benefits would kick in not to exceed those of the national average.
We also petition to ban all associated corporate sponsorship or lobbying of any kind with respect to elections, laws, etc...
