Debt forgiveness needs to be revamped. I lost my house because i lost income. Now i have to pay 4500 dollars in taxes because i lost my house? How is a gain figured from loosing everything you had? My credit was destroyed (understandable). My life was destroyed, any money i had went in to fixing the house. I have my children piled together in a trailer home now. Something needs to be done about that law. Now i have to come up with extra cash i don't have. If i had $4500 i would have kept my house!
