Reform the Department of Children's Protective Services. Stop the corruption of holding children for profit.

Parents are victimized by a system that makes a profit for holding children longer and bonuses for not returning children to their parents. There is no longer an aim at returning the child to the families. This is abusive power. And it is a growing criminal-political phenomenon spreading around the globe. Parent's and children's rights are being violated. The adoptions and safe families act give tax incentives for every child that is adopted out of foster care. This has made children a commodity with huge profits to be made. Parents are not given a trial of their peers and are instead held at the mercy of corrupt judges, social workers, and case managers. Cps has turned into a business that takes children and separates families. CPS no longer looks at the best interest of the child.
