Corrupt and "toxic" leadership has been responsible for unjust dishonorable or under other than honorable discharges for service members that are undeserved.
Ensure that a 3rd party that is non-political, non-military and non-biased is required to recieve dishonorable discharges from being executed unless they are both appropriate for the actions and proven to be guilty.
If not that, ensure a military and civilian legal review board is established to ensure the military is not being unjust, biased or prejudiced in any way, shape, fashion or form concerning the discharges either honorable or dishonorable, with the authority to upgrade or maintain discharge status based on their review.
