Reform the EBT and Disability Programs

Across America in any city or town that you visit we are encouraging people to not work. There are a number of jobs available. As a result people that are able to work become dependent on EBT cards. They abuse them by buying things like junk food, energy drinks and nothing that is essential for living. There should be restrictions on the EBT card that allow them to purchase essential items for cooking. Many times they are not working, so they have the time to cook. Furthermore, many people that have food stamps are encouraged not to work because they will loose their food stamps. Why couldnt we encourage them to work and if we were going to work offer the difference for what they are allowed versus if you work over a certain number of hours you will loose you benefits.
